*తాత్పర్యము : ఆ స్థితిలో జీవుడు పంజరములో ఉన్న పక్షివలె పరాధీనుడై అంగములను కదలించుటకు అశక్తుడై యుండును. ఆ సమయమున దైవప్రేరణచే ఆ జీవునకు జ్ఞాపకశక్తి కలుగును. అప్పుడు అతనికి వందల కొలది పూర్వ జన్మలలో తానొనర్చిన కర్మలన్నియును జ్ఞప్తికి వచ్చును. అందువలన అతడు శాంతి లేక దీర్ఘ నిశ్శ్వాసకు లోనగును. ఇట్టి స్థితిలో అతనికి శాంతియెట్లు లభించును?*
*వ్యాఖ్య : పుట్టిన తర్వాత పిల్లవాడు తన గత జన్మల కష్టాలను మరచిపోవచ్చు, కానీ మనం పెద్దయ్యాక కనీసం శ్రీమద్-భాగవతం వంటి అధీకృత గ్రంథాలను చదవడం ద్వారా జనన మరణాలలో అనుభవించిన ఘోరమైన హింసలను అర్థం చేసుకోవచ్చు. మనం లేఖనాలను విశ్వసించకపోతే, అది వేరే ప్రశ్న, కానీ అలాంటి వర్ణనల అధికారంపై మనకు విశ్వాసం ఉంటే, తరువాతి జీవితంలో మన స్వేచ్ఛ కోసం మనం సిద్ధం కావాలి; ఈ మానవ జీవితంలో అది సాధ్యమే. మానవ ఉనికిలోని బాధలకు సంబంధించిన ఈ సూచనలను పట్టించుకోని వ్యక్తి, నిస్సందేహంగా ఆత్మహత్య చేసుకుంటున్నాడని చెప్పబడింది. మాయ లేదా భౌతిక ఉనికిని అధిగమించడానికి ఈ మానవ జీవన రూపమే ఏకైక మార్గం అని చెప్పబడింది. మనకు చాలా సమర్థవంతమైన ఈ మానవ శరీరమనే పడవ ఉంది మరియు చాలా నిపుణుడైన నాయకుడు, ఆధ్యాత్మిక గురువు ఉన్నారు; లేఖనాల ఆజ్ఞలు అనుకూలమైన గాలుల వంటివి. ఇన్ని సౌకర్యాలు ఉన్నప్పటికీ భౌతిక అస్తిత్వం అనే సముద్రాన్ని మనం దాటకపోతే, ఖచ్చితంగా మనమందరం ఉద్దేశ పూర్వకంగా ఆత్మహత్య చేసుకున్నట్లే అవుతుంది.*

*09. akalpaḥ svāṅga-ceṣṭāyāṁ śakunta iva pañjare*
*tatra labdha-smṛtir daivāt karma janma-śatodbhavam*
*smaran dīrgham anucchvāsaṁ śarma kiṁ nāma vindate*
*MEANING : The child thus remains just like a bird in a cage, without freedom of movement. At that time, if the child is fortunate, he can remember all the troubles of his past one hundred births, and he grieves wretchedly. What is the possibility of peace of mind in that condition?*
*PURPORT : After birth the child may forget about the difficulties of his past lives, but when we are grown-up we can at least understand the grievous tortures undergone at birth and death by reading the authorized scriptures like Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam. If we do not believe in the scriptures, that is a different question, but if we have faith in the authority of such descriptions, then we must prepare for our freedom in the next life; that is possible in this human form of life. One who does not take heed of these indications of suffering in human existence is said to be undoubtedly committing suicide. It is said that this human form of life is the only means for crossing over the nescience of māyā, or material existence. We have a very efficient boat in this human form of body, and there is a very expert captain, the spiritual master; the scriptural injunctions are like favorable winds. If we do not cross over the ocean of the nescience of material existence in spite of all these facilities, then certainly we are all intentionally committing suicide.*

*🌻 30. Though We Use Electricity, We do not Know What it is Made Of 🌻*
*Maha means ‘great', and bhutas means ‘existing elements'. What are these made of? They became the object of further scientific analysis. We know as educated people what these discoveries have been. Physicists of later times analysed the elements of earth, water, fire and air, although they could not analyse ether because they did not know what ether was. It appeared to be a vacuum, and how could one analyse a vacuum?*
*Hence, the vacuum was left out of the analysis. The analysis was only of the four elements of earth, water, fire and air. They went on dissecting these into bits and parts and minor particles visible only to a powerful microscope. It was proclaimed as a great discovery that these physical attributes were made up of elements. They said that there are about ninety-two or so elements. This was a great advancement by the scientists, and they were all very happy. “Now we have discovered nature!” We know that a chemical substance differs from another in constitution and function. Though we use electricity, we do not know what it is made of.*

Now that he has realised his true inherent nature, he has to stay with that pure knowledge all the time. If the perpetual connection is lost momentarily, he has to begin the tedious process all over again. The result of perpetual realisation of the highest level of consciousness within is astonishing. The aphorism says that if the aspirant continues to be submerged in the unpolluted consciousness within, there exists every possibility for the cessation of his transmigration. But the cessation of transmigration is not certain at the present stage of the aspirant.*
