*svenaiva tuṣyatu kṛtena sa dīna-nāthaḥ ko nāma tat-prati vināñjalim asya kuryāt*
*MEANING : My dear Lord, by Your causeless mercy I am awakened to consciousness, although I am only ten months old. For this causeless mercy of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the friend of all fallen souls, there is no way to express my gratitude but to pray with folded hands.*
*PURPORT : As stated in Bhagavad-gītā, intelligence and forgetfulness are both supplied by the Supersoul sitting with the individual soul within the body. When He sees that a conditioned soul is very serious about getting out of the clutches of the material influence, the Supreme Lord gives intelligence internally as Supersoul and externally as the spiritual master, or, as an incarnation of the Personality of Godhead Himself, He helps by speaking instructions such as Bhagavad-gītā. The Lord is always seeking the opportunity to reclaim the fallen souls to His abode, the kingdom of God. We should always feel very much obliged to the Personality of Godhead, for He is always anxious to bring us into the happy condition of eternal life. There is no sufficient means to repay the Personality of Godhead for His act of benediction; therefore, we can simply feel gratitude and pray to the Lord with folded hands. This prayer of the child in the womb may be questioned by some atheistic people. How can a child pray in such a nice way in the womb of his mother? Everything is possible by the grace of the Lord. The child is put into such a precarious condition externally, but internally he is the same, and the Lord is there. By the transcendental energy of the Lord, everything is possible.*

*సర్వ దేవతల ఉద్దేశముతో అనగా ఆయా దేవతలనుద్దేశించి ఆచరించు ఏ కర్మలయందైనను హుతము అనగా హవిర్ద్రవ్యమును తాను సర్వదేవతామయుడై భుజించును అనునది ఒక అర్థము. తానే యజ్ఞపతిగా ఉండి విష్ణువు ఆ హవిస్సును రక్షించును అనునది మరొక అర్థము. హుతమును స్వీకరించును, రక్షించును అని రెండు వ్యుత్పత్తులును ఇచ్చట గ్రహించదగును.*

*The power of sadhana does not gain adequate confidence until divine powers collaborate with it, and God Himself seems to be at the back of the seeker of God. We have been noting a great epic symbol in the Mahabharata, wherein we are given the narration of the adventure of the spirit in its struggle for ultimate freedom. The wilderness of the forest life that the Pandavas had to undergo is a great lesson to the spiritual seeker. No one can escape the ups and downs of life, the vicissitudes of time through which the ancient sages and saints have passed; everyone seems to have the duty to tread the same path.*
*We have to walk the same path, and the path is laid before us with all its intricacies, with all its problems and difficulties, as well as its own facilities. We seem to be lost to ourselves and lost to the whole world, with no ray of hope before us, at least to our waking consciousness. When the Pandavas were in the forest, they did not know what would happen in the future. It was just oblivion and gloom which hung heavy like dark clouds upon them. The strength of the Pandavas was not equal to the task.*

*🌴. With the slow movement of prana in the body, there arises the seeing of sameness or the same self in everyone. 🌴*
*Prāṇa – the vital breath; samācāre – slow spreading; sama – equal; darśanam – awareness or perception.*
*For that aspirant who enters turya state with his awareness on his inner Self as detailed in the previous aphorism, his prāṇa slowly spreads outwardly. His consciousness that was focussed internally now begins to flow externally making him to become one with universal consciousness. When prāṇa moves through the central canal of the spinal cord or suṣumna after comfortably crossing through the three granthi-s by reaching higher cakra-s, he moves beyond all dyads and all limitations and identifies himself with God’s entire creation.*
