🌻 3-15. బీజావధానం 🌻
🌴. యోగి తన మనస్సును శివునిపై దృఢంగా నిలబెట్టి , విశ్వం యొక్క బీజం లేదా స్వచ్ఛతను పెంపొందించే కారణంపై ఏకాగ్రతను అభ్యసించాలి. 🌴
బీజా - విత్తనం; అవధానం - శ్రద్ధ. -- బీజ, విశ్వం యొక్క బీజం, స్వాతంత్ర్యశక్తి అని కూడా పిలువబడే శివుని స్వతంత్ర శక్తి సమాధి అని పిలువబడే లోతైన ధ్యాన దశలో గ్రహించ బడుతుంది. సమాధి యొక్క లోతైన దశలలో మాత్రమే అన్వేషకుడికి మరియు కోరినవారికి మధ్య సంభాషణ జరుగుతుంది. సమాధి యొక్క లోతైన దశలో పరమాత్మతో స్పృహ యొక్క నిలుపుదల లేనప్పుడు మాత్రమే పొందబడుతుంది. అటువంటి అభిలాషి భగవంతుని విధులను నిర్వర్తించ బోతున్నందున క్షణం కూడా నిష్క్రియంగా ఉండలేడు. ఈ సూత్రం భగవంతునితో నిరంతర అనుసంధానం యొక్క ప్రాముఖ్యతను నొక్కి చెబుతుంది.

🌻 3-15. bījāvadhānam 🌻
🌴. With his mind firmly fixed upon Shiva, a yogi should practice concentration on the seed or the cause to cultivate purity. 🌴
Bīja – the seed; avadhānam – attentiveness. -- Bīja, the seed of the universe, the independent energy of Śiva also known as svātantryaśakti is realised in the deep meditative stage known as samādi. Only in deeper stages of samādi the communication between the seeker and the Sought happens. Deeper stage of samādi is attained only if there is no discontinuity of consciousness with the Supreme. Such an aspirant cannot remain passive even for a moment, as he is about to perform the functions of the Lord. This sūtra emphasizes the importance of continued connectivity with the Lord.
