🌻 3-20. త్రిశు చతుర్థం తైలావదాశేశ్యం - 1 🌻
🌴. జాగృత, స్వప్న, గాఢనిద్ర అనే మూడు స్థితులలోకి, నాల్గవ స్థితి అయిన తుర్యా యొక్క ఆనందం తైలధార లాగా ప్రవహించాలి. 🌴
త్రిషు - స్పృహ యొక్క మూడు స్థితులలో - క్రియాశీల స్థితి, స్వప్న స్థితి మరియు గాఢ నిద్ర స్థితి; చతుర్థం - స్పృహ యొక్క నాల్గవ స్థితి; తైలా - నూనె; వట్ – వంటి; అశేశ్యం - లోకి పోయడం.
నాల్గవ స్పృహ స్థితిని అంతరాయం లేకుండా మూడు దిగువ స్థాయి స్పృహలలోకి విస్తరించాలి. తైలావదాశేశ్యాన్ని ఉపయోగించడం ద్వారా, అంటే నాల్గవ స్థితిని మూడు దిగువ స్థితులకు విస్తరించడం అనేది ఒక పాత్రలో నూనె పోసినట్లుగా నిరంతరంగా ఉండాలని అర్థం. చమురును ఒక పాత్ర నుండి మరొక పాత్రకు బదిలీ చేసినప్పుడు, ప్రవాహం నిరంతరంగా ఉంటుందని గమనించవచ్చు.

🌻 3-20. trisu caturtham tailavadāsecyam - 1 🌻
🌴. In the three states of wakeful, dream and deep sleep states, the bliss of the fourth state of turya should be dropped like oil. 🌴
triṣu – in all the three states of consciousness – active state, dream state and deep sleep state; caturthaṁ - the fourth state of consciousness; taila – oil; vat – like; āsecyam – pouring into.
The fourth state of consciousness should be expanded into the three lower level of consciousness without interruption. By using tailavadāsecyam, it is meant that the expansion of the fourth state into the three lower states should be continuous, like oil being poured into a vessel. When oil is transferred from one vessel to another, it can be observed that the flow will be continuous.
