Kashi - The oldest city in the world.

This map is a 1914 woodblock print from the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford University about Kashi then known as Benares. It is a replica of the ancient map of Kashi and Banaras according to Hindu mythology. The ancient Kashi Vishwanath temple is in the center of the map with Mang Shivalingas.

These Mang Shivlingas are established by Swayambhu or Gods and Rishis, thus going back to the creation of the earth.

This map is also known as Old Traveling Map of Sanatan Bharat.
