మేదస్సు నందు యుండునది శ్రీమాత అని అర్థము. శరీర ధాతువులలో మేదస్సు ప్రధానమైనటు వంటిది. శుక్ర మందు జీవుడుండును. మేదస్సు నందు అతని ప్రజ్ఞ యుండును. రస, రక్తముల ద్వారా జీవుని తెలివి, ప్రాణము, దేహము నందంతను వ్యాప్తి చెందును. ఎముకలు, మాంసము, చర్మము, జీవునికి రూపమిచ్చు చున్నవి. ఇట్లు ఏడు ధాతువులలో మేదస్సు శ్రీమాత తెలివిగ జీవుని యందు గోచరించును. మేదస్సు పెరిగినకొలది అవగాహన పెరుగు చుండును. అట్టి మేదస్సు పెంపొందుటకు శ్రీమాత ఆరాధన ఒక చక్కని ఉపాయము.

Srimata exists in intelligence. Intelligence is the most important of the body's elements. Jeeva is in Venus. His capability is in intelligence. Through rasa and blood the mind and life spread through out the body of the jeeva. Bones, flesh, skin, are the things that give form to the jeeva. In this way intelligence appears in the seven elements as Srimata's wisdom in the jeeva. As intelligence increases, awareness increases. Worshipping Shrimata is a good way to develop such intelligence.
