ఇందలి శ్రీమాత చతుర్భాహువులందు కమలము, పుస్తకము, జ్ఞానముద్ర, అంకుశము ధరించి యుండును. ఇచ్చటి శ్రీమాత భస్మ ధారిణియై యుండును. సహస్రారమున పరమశివుడు భస్మధారి. మూలాధారమున శ్రీమాత భస్మధారి. భస్మము నుండి పుట్టిన సృష్టి గమ్యము మరల భస్మమే అని తెలుపుటకు భస్మ మలంకరించుకొని శ్రీమాత యుండును. భస్మము పరమ పవిత్రము. కనుకనే దానిని ముఖమున అలంకరించుకొనుట సంప్రదాయమైనది. ఈ పద్మమందలి శ్రీమాత మినుప పప్పుతో వండిన అన్నమును ఆహారముగ స్వీకరించును. దేహ దారుఢ్యమునకు మినుపపప్పు చాల ప్రధానమైనటువంటిది. మాంసకృత్తులు మెండుగ నుండుటచే బలము కూర్చును.

Srimata here is wearing a lotus, book, gyana mudra, and ankusha in her four hands.Shrimata here wears Bhasma. Lord Shiva in Sahasrara wears Bhasma. Shrimata at Mooladhara wears Bhasma. Shrimata wears Bhasma to give the message that the goal of the universe that is born from Bhasma is Bhasma itself. Bhasma is very sacred. So it is traditional to adorn it on the face. The Srimata in this lotus eats rice cooked with black gram. Black gram is very important for body strength. It gives strength as it is high in proteins
