శ్రీమాత పుణ్యకీర్తి కలది అని ఒక అర్థము. ఆరాధించువారికి పుణ్యము నిచ్చుచూ కీర్తి కలిగించునని మరియొక అర్థము. శ్రీమాతను అనునిత్యము ఆరాధన చేయువారు క్రమముగ పుణ్య భావములను పొందుచుందురు. ఆ భావములు ఆచరణ రూపము దాల్చినపుడు లోకహితము కలుగును. చేయు కార్యముల వలన లోక హితము కలుగుచున్నప్పుడు చేయువానికి పుణ్య మబ్బుచుండును. లోకమున కీర్తియు కలుగుచుండును. ఇట్లు పుణ్య సుఖమును కలిగించుట, కీర్తి సుఖమును కలిగించుట శ్రీమాత చేయు కార్యమే. పుణ్యకార్యములు చేయువారు శ్రీమాతకు సమర్పణగ చేయవలెను. అహంకారముతో చేసినచో సుఖ ముండదు. కీర్తియు యుండదు.

Srimata has Punyakeerti. Another meaning is that she bestows virtue and brings glory to the worshippers. Those who worship Sri Mata daily will gradually attain pious feelings. When those feelings are put into practice, worldly good is done. When the good of the world arises due to one's actions, one attains virtue. There will also be glory in the world. It is the work of Srimata to bring happiness of virtue and happiness of fame. Those who do pious works should surrender to Srimata. If it is done with ego there is no happiness. Nor is there glory.
