*పదార్థము నందు జీవుడు అమితాసక్తిని గొనినపుడు పదార్థమయుడై స్థూల శరీరమున బంధింపబడును. ఆరాధనా మార్గమున తపన చెందు చుండగా పదార్థమున వేడి పుట్టి, ఆ వేడిమి ప్రాణాగ్నిచే రగుల్కొలుపబడి త్రికోణాంతరమున నున్న దీపికను జ్వాలగ రగుల్కొల్పును. అపుడు కుండలిని అగ్ని ప్రచోదనము చెందగ జీవుడు స్థూల శరీర బంధము నుండి బయల్పడి అందు వసించును. అట్లు శరీరము కారాగారముగ కాక గృహముగా మార్పు చెందును.*

*When the Jīva (individual soul) develops excessive attachment to material things, it becomes identified with matter and gets bound within the gross body. However, when one pursues the path of spiritual practice (Ārādhana Mārga) with intense dedication, the material attachments begin to heat up. This heat is further kindled by the fire of prāṇa (Prāṇāgni), which in turn ignites the flame of the lamp present within the triangular region. At this moment, when Kuṇḍalinī Śakti is awakened by the fire’s stimulation, the Jīva is released from the bondage of the gross body and transcends its limitations. Thus, the body, instead of being a prison, transforms into a sacred abode.*
