Color: Red

Emotion: Impatience / Restlessness → Joy + Connection

Mini-practice: Smile into the heart + slow, warm breathing

Phrase: “My heart is peaceful.”


🌎 SPLEEN – EARTH

Season: Late Summer

Color: Yellow

Emotion: Worry → Grounded trust

Mini-practice: Breathe into the center + feel stability in the belly

Phrase: “I am centered.”


🤍 LUNGS – METAL

Season: Autumn

Color: White

Emotion: Grief → Clarity + courage

Mini-practice: Long exhale + relax the chest and shoulders
